Position Overview:

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering invites applications for the position of

Associate Professor

. The ideal candidate should be a passionate academician, experienced researcher, and a visionary leader capable of driving academic excellence, innovation, and institutional development in emerging domains like AI, ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Computer Science & Engineering. Design, develop, and implement advanced curriculum aligned with industry and NEP 2020 standards. Supervise and guide B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. students in research, innovation, and project work. Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals and present findings at national/international conferences. Secure and manage sponsored research projects, consultancy, or collaborations with industry and funding agencies. Contribute actively to accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC) and institutional quality enhancement initiatives. Mentor junior faculty members and promote academic excellence within the department. Participate in departmental administration, policy formulation, and strategic planning for growth.

Educational Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering

(mandatory).

First Class

in B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum

10 years of experience

in teaching, research, or industry, including at least

3 years as Assistant Professor

in a reputed institution. Evidence of high-quality research publications, patents, or funded projects. Demonstrated contribution to academic administration, curriculum innovation, or quality assurance processes.
