Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching for UG and PG students in CSE / IT.

Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research activities.

Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and curricula.

Undertake independent research and publish in reputed journals/conferences.

Mentor students in technical, career, and personal development.

Contribute to departmental activities, academic administration, and accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC).

Collaborate with industry for training programs, consultancy, and research initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria (As per AICTE / UGC / Anna University / TN Govt. Norms):

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Professor:

M.E. / M.Tech. in CSE / IT with First Class (or equivalent).

Preference for candidates with a strong academic/research background.

Associate Professor:

Ph.D. in CSE / IT with First Class in M.E. / M.Tech.

Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience of which at least 2 years should be post-Ph.D.

Consistent publication record in reputed journals/conferences.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge in core CSE/IT domains (AI, ML, Data Science, IoT, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, etc.).

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Research aptitude and interest in innovation and patents.

Ability to guide UG/PG/Ph.D. scholars.

Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and institution building.

Compensation:

Salary will be as per AICTE / UGC / TN Government norms.

Higher salary may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
