Job Description

:Academic facilitation of doctoral candidates through their coursework Supporting senior research supervisors in doctoral research Communicating with the learners, assisting them in their learning journey and enlightening them on the research process. Operating as the single point of contact for your learners on all academic matters Collaborating with others to facilitate learner progression Guiding learners through the assignments and ensuring timely submissions. Organize, facilitate and deliver workshops for doctoral candidates and others Resource Development for learning resources as and when required Serving on committees, attending conferences, delivering presentations, and handling other administrative duties.


Role Requirements:Master's level qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, MBA or similar qualifications in Management would be highly desirable. Excellent knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Information Technology. Business Analytics skills will be an added advantage. 3 to 5 years of experience teaching, facilitating and guiding dissertations at the Master's level in AI/ ML/ IT/ Business Analytics or allied subjects. Strong teaching and mentoring skills with a desire to help learners Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent A sound understanding of the subject and significant research skills and knowledge. Willingness to go the extra mile to assist your learners in their learning Ability to work with learners from across the globe belonging to different cultures A highly motivated individual and an excellent team player with a a growth mindset Published articles and proven experience as an academic.


Additional Requirements:This position will be full-time work from home/ remote working mode. Office time will be 10:00 am to 7:00 pm OR 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM Work hours can occasionally extend to 8 PM IST to meet the requirements of learners from the North and South Americas and the Caribbean. However, such meetings are planned well ahead as per the convenience of all participants. * Strong mobile network, stable internet connectivity, and consistent power supply are mandatory requirements.
