About the Role

Arbolus is looking for candidates for the role of an Associate- Professional services to join our founding team In India. Our Associates are responsible for independently leading and delivering on all short to medium term projects.

Key roles and Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Associates are responsible for providing day to day support on client projects and works closely with our Senior Associates and Project Leads in executing several projects during the day

\xe2\x97\x8f Work on time sensitive research requests from clients, responsible for scoping the client needs, deliver custom research support and provide the most appropriate solutions to our end clients

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for building and recruiting new topic experts through active research and networking. Develop relationships with experts who are leading thought leaders and experts in their respective industries

\xe2\x97\x8f Partner with the product delivery team to work on newer product / service offerings and provide proactive solutions/suggestions in improving the team processes and client experience

Experience and Qualification

\xe2\x97\x8f Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in client facing roles who are interested in making a career in the fast growing expert network industry. Campus freshers with a passion to excel in client servicing roles can also apply.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong Verbal and Written communication skills, able to confidently drive discussions with end-clients

\xe2\x97\x8f People with Inquisitiveness to learn and passion for problem solving

\xe2\x97\x8f University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement

\xe2\x97\x8f You have an agile mindset, curious, excited to work in a fast-paced environment and have the courage to break traditions
