Job Summary:



Support and drive strategic HR initiatives by partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. Provide guidance on employee relations, support stakeholders, and contribute to workforce planning through data-driven insights. Ensure effective implementation of HR programs and maintain streamlined processes that deliver consistent and responsive HR services. Ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform a variety of HR activities across multiple functions. Partner with leaders and decision-makers to align HR initiatives with business goals. Bring external insights and best practices to strategic discussions. Take a holistic approach to analyse HR issues and propose solutions. Provide guidance & support to managers, employees, and business leaders. Investigate, mediate, and resolve employee relations matters. Apply broad knowledge of HR programs including performance management, benefits, HRIS, and diversity. Ensure efficient and accurate execution of HR processes and transactions. Develop and maintain effective internal HR systems and processes. Deliver HR services consistently, responsively, and cost-effectively. Anticipate long-term HR needs and trends to support workforce planning. Contribute to operational and strategic decision-making through data analysis. Work on projects of limited scope under close supervision. Follow standard procedures to resolve routine issues. Explain policies and practices related to HR functions.

Qualifications & Experience:



Entry-level contributor with 0 - 4 years of experience. Good to have MBA in Human Resources.
