Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with Production management to ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area. Cooperate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.

The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Building business to be based at Nelamangala Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Define production sequences, calculate cycle times, analyze working phases, and share data with internal teams. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for processes, methods, and cycle times to support SCM and supplier evaluations. Support production and equipment start-ups by training direct/indirect staff and assisting Maintenance/Production teams. Contribute to action plans and process improvements to ensure smooth internal and external start-ups.

Qualifications for the role:

Degree in Communications or related field (Diploma in Electrical & Electronics acceptable). 5-8 years of experience in Communications within B2B and B2C environments, preferably technical/industrial. Proven expertise in managing communications across multiple channels. Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective storytelling ability. Skilled in handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time. Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure communication effectiveness. Collaborative team player contributing to overall business success.
