This job is primarily responsible for supervising and management of the production activities in respective shifts and ensure continued availability of RM/PM for the production floor and also material transaction in the ORACLE system.
What you will do
Principal Accountabilities
Planning and implementation for company goal (Safety, Quality, CCPM, Productivity) Continuous involvement in IOSS drive.
Ensure correct and effective method as per SOP for the material entry, dispensing, CIP, utensil cleaning etc.
Execute te work assigned by production officer for the shift and maintain records of the job.
Maintain records for RM receiving, drums, weighing balance shift calibration.
Ensure compliance of ISO, HACCP & GMP during day to day/Shift activities.
Ensure maximum recovery of rework in respective shifts.
Management and utilization of man-power available in shift in concern area Ensure continuous improvement with regards to production/ Human & Food safety.
Strive towards the common goals of the organization in consultation with Team Advisor.
Execution of process excellence ideas in consultation with TA-Production.
Sustain 5S concept.
Maintaining daily activities logbook.
Critical Responsibilities
Stock keeping and dispensing as per the recipe.
Effectively communicate with superiors and subordinates about the new developments, problem faced, work done during the shift.
What you need to succeed
B. Tech/ Diploma in Food Technology/ Chemical Engineering/Dairy Technology
3 to 5 years of experience in Tetra Pak
Ability to identify and resolve issues/opportunities
Must have a proven track record of demonstrating technically
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
