• Should be well versed in MS Office
• especially in excel and should have worked on Jira/Freshdesk (Support tools).

• They offer expert advice, resolve supportcases efficiently, conduct training sessions, documentation, research new problems,
• provide advice for product improvements, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Specialist - Product Support involves providing technical and customer service support for a company\'s products, assisting users with product issues, identifying and analyzing problems, reporting issues to leadership with detailed analysis.
• The role of Specialist - Product Support involves below requirements.
• They must possess strong problem-solving, customer service, multitasking, time management, communication, and leadership skills.
• They typically hold a bachelor\'s degree in a related field and have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• The position requires a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and good customer service abilities.

• Any Degree, Fluent in English and Hindi both written and verbal along with 1-3 years of Experience in same domain.
