Were a strong team that looks out for each other.Your role:We, at Khatabook, are looking for a Associate PM/PM to scale Lending Business.If you're passionate about building fintech products that touch millions and love solving zero-to-one and one-to-n scale problems xe2x80x94 we want you!What would you do at Khatabook?Youll help us scale our lending product (platform and user experience) as we enter our 10-100 journey.Build products to solve problems from lead generation to underwriting to disbursement to collection.Youll drive the development of key platforms like Loan Origination systems (LOS), Loan Management systems (LMS), (Business Rule Engine) BRE etc.Youll be the face of KB to drive conversations with lenders and figure out orchestration across lenders.Youll own relationships with banks, PGs, networks, NPCI & other relevant bodies in the ecosystem.Ensure that were on top of & in compliance with the latest payments regulationsWhat are we looking for?You have PM experience of 2-4 years and are extremely strong at first principles thinking.You enjoy building businesses & not just product features.You are passionate about building beautiful & intuitive products.You have a high sense of ownership and relentlessness hustle to get things done.You want to build your own billion dollar startup some day.Ex-founders or consultants with prior consumer internet experience (and other folks who are ambitious & generally thrive in ambiguity)
