About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Associate Product Manager

to join our dynamic team in Mohali. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about product development and management, have strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, oversee development, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful solutions.

What You Need for this Position:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Hands-on experience in product management, preferably in SaaS product development. Proven experience in developing and executing product roadmaps. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and support product teams and junior team members. Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. Technical acumen or familiarity with cloud-based solutions is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing:

Collaborate with senior leadership to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Conduct market research and analyze user needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Develop and execute detailed product roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and team members to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and professional growth. Act as a point of escalation for junior team members and support them in resolving challenges. Translate product requirements into detailed specifications, wireframes, and user stories. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product plans. Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Monitor product performance using analytics tools and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and future product iterations. Engage with users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and refine product features accordingly. Advocate for user-centric design and ensure the product meets customer expectations.
