Role/ Job Title: Associate Product Manager - Conversational AI
Function/ Department: Enterprise Conversational AI
Job Purpose:
Associate Product Manager - conversational AI will be responsible for supporting in defining, building, and scaling AI-driven solutions to enhance customer engagement, automate workflows, and drive hyper-personalization across IDFC First Bank's digital and assisted channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution
Assist in defining the roadmap and strategy for on AI-driven banking solutions.
Identify high-impact AI use cases to improve customer experience, self-service, and operational efficiency.
Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and UX teams to build and optimize AI-powered solutions.
Prioritize features based on business impact, user insights, and technological feasibility.
AI Product Development & User Experience
Support in building and launching AI-powered chatbots, voice assistants, and personalized recommendation engines.
Collaborate with designers to create natural and intuitive conversational interfaces.
Ensure AI models deliver accurate, relevant, and personalized responses while maintaining compliance.
Monitor AI performance metrics and iterate based on real-time data insights.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work with Growth, Digital Banking, and Customer Support teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor's degree any relevant stream
Post-graduation: Any Stream
Experience: 00 to 02 years of relevant experience.
