Position Overview:

The LPA Order Out process job includes the conducting of the initial Loan Setup post-Underwriting. The LPA Order Out Associate will request and obtain third party documents based on the loan conditions in the file. Candidates must possess a strong sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, maintaining excellent organizational, communication, and PC skills.

Essential Job Functions:

\xef\x82\xb7 Process loans from application to UW including but not limited to:

o Order Payoffs

o Validating Property Profiles

o Pull & Upload Purchase Agreement from Salesforce

o Insurance Order

o Pull Insurance Quote

o Label documents from Blend to eFolder

o Order Payoff

o Order Translations

o Order Credit Supplements

o MI Orders

o Collecting and analyzing documents to submit to Underwriting for final approval

o Communicating expectations, requirements and program details though established communication standards

o Maintain daily workflow prioritization to ensure pipeline management meets required closing dates

o Order all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups and ensures all timeframes and compliance requirements are being met

o Verify conditions of approval which may include customer income/assets documentation, resolves routine title issues including vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens and reconveyances

\xef\x82\xb7 Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients by demonstrating expertise, thoroughness, thoughtfulness, politeness and enthusiasm

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure customer service surveys maintain the rating level designated by management

\xef\x82\xb7 Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction to keep them informed of file status

\xef\x82\xb7 Review and analyze all necessary documentation, including borrower docs and third-party docs

\xef\x82\xb7 Interpret policies while analyzing applicant information, property and documentation

\xef\x82\xb7 Comprehensive understanding of credit underwriting guidelines

\xef\x82\xb7 Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced, potentially stressful environment

\xef\x82\xb7 As 100% of the work opportunities are onsite, in person attendance is required

Requirements:

\xef\x82\xb7 2+ years of current experience in Financial Services with Loan Processing experience preferred

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of processing, underwriting and closing procedures

\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent customer service and communication skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Able to prioritize multiple competing tasks and manage time effective in a fast paced environment

\xef\x82\xb7 Problem-solver with strong analytical skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Adheres to directives, procedures and standards

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work in a paperless environment

\xef\x82\xb7 Candidates must be available to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
