JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors. Associate Process Manager Roles and responsibilities: Effective presentations are not only about the content but also about the visual representation of the brand. Adherence to brand guidelines is crucial for creating a unified and professional image. Here are some key points to consider: Presentations/Collaterals for sales contexts/meetings: You will be required to collaborate with strategists, subject matter experts and consultants to storyboard and create engaging and aesthetically intuitive presentations for various sales contexts and client meetings (pitches, workshops, point of views, response to request for proposals (RFPs), QBRs, SBRs etc). These presentations or collaterals are typically emailed /presented to CXO level and/or technical audiences in leading companies across the world. As part of this, you will occasionally pursue quick hits (with turnaround times as short as a day) and more frequently work on detailed work spanning a few days. Collaborate with peers and internal teams to source and create case studies, mock dashboards and sample deliverables to augment pitch decks and content readiness for upcoming pursuits. Multi-Format Sales & Marketing Collaterals: Storyboard and create multi-format content/collaterals in the form of brochures, infographics, product sheets, sell sheets, banners, teasers, product demos and product videos. In addition, you will be required to support program-level initiatives such as newsletters and internal training programs. Ensure that the logo placement, size, and color align with the brand guidelines. The logo is a visual representation of client\'s identity and should be used consistently across all slides. Stick to the approved color palette to maintain a cohesive look. Consistent use of colors enhances brand recognition and reinforces our corporate identity. Utilize the approved fonts and font sizes to maintain readability and visual consistency. Inconsistent fonts can distract from the message and dilute our brand image. Follow the guidelines for using images and graphics. Ensure that visuals align with our brand values and are of high quality. Avoid using visuals that may contradict our brand messaging. Use predefined templates and layouts to create a standardized look and feel. Consistent slide design reinforces professionalism and helps the audience focus on the content. When presenting data, follow the guidelines for charts, graphs, and tables. Consistent data representation contributes to clarity and helps maintain our brand\'s visual identity. Establish a review process to ensure that all presentations go through a thorough check for adherence to brand guidelines before being shared externally. This step is essential in maintaining brand integrity. Conduct training sessions to educate team members on the importance of brand adherence in presentations. Encourage a sense of ownership in maintaining brand consistency. Review and analyze existing presentation content to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to understand the core message and key points of each presentation. Upgrade and refine content, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with the overall presentation objectives. Technical and Functional Skills : Bachelor\'s Degree with 4+ years of experience in presentation design and/or a creative visualizer role in sales and marketing contexts Proficiency in presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint). Ability to use Visual Design tools from Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create assets for use in presentations Proven experience as a Presentation Specialist or in a similar role. Strong understanding of design principles and brand identity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven talent for transforming complex information into simple yet striking visualizations. An impressive portfolio (please share the link) that showcases your past work.
