We're Hiring - Associate Process Manager (Product Data Management)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Work Location: Coimbatore (On-Site)

Budget: ₹8,00,000 PA



We are looking for an experienced Associate Process Manager - Product Data Management professional to execute and manage large-scale data transformation projects, ensure data accuracy, streamline workflows, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage large-scale data transformation projects within timelines and objectives.

Oversee product data organization, validation, and maintenance across platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and data quality.

Ensure delivery of KPIs - service levels, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Lead and motivate teams, implement best practices, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Basic: BE in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics with 5+ years of experience.

Preferred: Hands-on in Master Data Management / Product Data Management in industries like MRO, Electrical & Electronics, Plumbing, HVAC, Power Tools.

Essential Skills

Excellent verbal & written communication.

Ability to lead mid-size (10+) multi-site/multi-skilled teams.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Skilled in reporting and business presentations.
