JOB DESCRIPTION Associate Process Manager Role and responsibilities Perform metrics implementation tests and ensure that global standards are being utilized Create Test Cases for Google Analytics implementation and performing tests/tag audit in UAT/PROD Providing Post Implementation support to business users Writing Technical specifications for new Implementations Strong service orientation, with a proven track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift priorities Design and develop reports by using tableau/Google Data Studio or Excel dashboards as per business requirements Technical and Functional Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or computer science preferably B. Tech or M. Tech with 3+ years\' experience inDigital analytics implementation experience with Google Analytics Implementation. Any Specialized training, certification. Expert in tagging Domain knowledge of various industries such as Banking, Retail, ecommerce etc. Intermediate to advanced JavaScript skills Experience with HTML and CSS selectors (preferably JQuery) Experience defining analytics tracking requirements, and guiding developers through implementation of those requirements Expertise in Google Analytics 4 Tag implementation using GTM or similar tools like Ensighten, Tealium Etc. Experience defining and configuring tracking rules, triggers, tags within the tag management tool Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills Experience with GTM debug view and any debugger tool.
