Plan, execute, and analyze user interviews, usability testing, and tree testing to validate information architecture and user journeys.
Leverage tools such as Contentsquare, Userlytics, and Google Analytics to generate actionable insights and measure user experience performance.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Work closely with Designers and Business stakeholders to translate research findings into design recommendations.
Build research frameworks and maintain research documentation to ensure knowledge-sharing across teams.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a UX Researcher (preferably in eCommerce domain).
Hands-on experience with research and analytics tools such as Contentsquare, Userlytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Proven track record in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and tree test mapping.
Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with UK or European user demographics is a strong advantage.
