Job Description

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years in graphic design/print industry, with atleast 2-3 years in a Lead/ Supervisory role


+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)



- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in performance management and team development
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Should be ready to work from the office in US shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Design compelling print media advertisements using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.


+ Create visually appealing layouts with strong attention to typography, balance, and readability.



- Enhance and manipulate images using Photoshop.
- Create original logos and design elements as needed.
- Apply brand guidelines while maintaining creative flair.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on feedback, revisions, and creative direction.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
