AWM Global Product Marketing is a team responsible for strategic marketing & execution of all wealth management investment, banking & trust products to UHNW and Institutional clients. As anInvestment Product and Content Marketingprofessional, you willwork closely with Business, subject matter experts (SMEs), and various teams within Marketing to develop content - includes but not limited to markets, thought leadership, investment strategies, and product solutions. : The Product Marketing Content Manager Associate will be vital to the maintenance and upkeep of collateral on the public website across a variety of business lines. Partner closely with Marketing Business Leads & Line of Business team members to update and refresh collateral assets living on the public website, including, but not limited to articles, biographies, and landing pages. Maintain a project lifecycle system for the implementation of changes required to ensure compliance, legal and risk needs are met on regular cadence as informed by marketing leads. Interact with content owners, legal, risk and compliance to ensure all content features consistent, cohesive messaging aligned to brand positioning. Partner to translate English materials into other target languages as appropriate, including project management with translation agencies, implementing translations into existing templates and publishing to client, in alignment with stated risk & control processes Collaborate with web teams and production to ensure accuracy of updates are implemented and live across all assets. Partner with Analytics team to compile meaningful data for analysis and reporting to facilitate content strategic planning. Gather and analyze engagement metrics for our product marketing collateral and digital content across our website and internal systems Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels, regions and channels Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: Post Graduate in finance, economics or equivalent preferred with demonstrated experience and success as a writer in the industry Experience in investment/financial writing, with solid understanding of financial, economic and investment concepts, asset management industry, products and customer behavior Superior writing and editorial skills in English Digital and social savvy solid experience in data-driven approach to content engagement Demonstrates ability to turn complex financial subject matters into compelling stories that effectively promotes the firm\'s capabilities, engages the target audience, and steers the desired actions. Demonstrated ability to synthesize various viewpoints and translate those views into thoughtful marketing and educational pieces Passionate about creating client engaging content and keen on evaluating content impact for continuous improvement. Displays a reporter-like tenacity to work with senior-level subject matter experts to generate high-quality content under tight deadlines, within hours or next day (for example, when developing content on market response) Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts across teams across markets Excellent time management and project management skills and the ability to coordinate editorial projects with multiple teams. Highly flexible comfortable working with ambiguity ability to multi-task, and to enjoy working in a demanding, fast paced environment ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple, competing priorities and projects with quality output at one time Process-driven, attention to details with proven experience of managing content production processes. Ability to steer process improvements/automations to build efficiencies and to establish best practices across the team High level of independence and positive energy responsible and accountable respect for diversity of opinions and styles flexible in approach.
