Job Summary



Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of experience in Appian to lead and deliver complex scalable Appianbased solutions within the Appian skill cluster family







Lead the design development and deployment of scalable applications using the Appian platform Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Drive innovation and best practices within the Appian skill cluster family to enhance solution delivery Mentor and guide junior team members to improve technical skills and project outcomes Ensure adherence to coding standards security guidelines and quality assurance processes Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution and optimization of the Appian technology stack Stay updated with emerging Appian technologies and recommend adoption to improve project delivery



Roles and Responsibilities



Lead endtoend delivery of Appianbased solutions ensuring quality scalability and timely completion Act as a key technical advisor and subject matter expert for Appian platform development troubleshooting and performance optimization Design and develop process models records reports SAIL interfaces and integrations with thirdparty systems Oversee the creation and management of Custom Data Types CDTs group types and security configurations Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and resource allocation Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and technical workshops to upskill the team Manage risks and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the software development lifecycle Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending best practices
