Global Security Fusion Center (GSFC) platform engineering group is responsible for ensuring the proper function of all GSFC systems, asset management, change management, project management for environment development/enhancement/implementation efforts, and comprehensive documentation This role will focus on the engineering, implementation, management, and sustainment of the Resilient platform for the Global Security Fusion Center. Additional responsibilities will include problem determination and resolution, software configuration, policy/ruleset authoring and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Deploy, implement, manage, and sustain IBM Resilient appliance and application in the Allstate environment
• Manage the Resilient system permissions and license information
• Manage the Inbound and Outbound email connections in Resilient platform
• Manage the server configurations, export, import and migrate the settings
• Audit, investigate and troubleshoot downtime using audit logs
• Collaborate with the Resilient development team in rolling out new features, maintenance, and refinement
• Act as SME for Resilient appliance and application issues
• Coordinate with technology and business groups as necessary
• Provide technical and understanding training to peers and business stakeholders

Primary Skills

• Experience in using the vCenter, RHEL Operating system and deploying patches and carrying out maintenance activities.
• Deploying IBM Resilient platform and keeping up the health of the application, troubleshooting, backup, carrying out upgrades and patch deployment.
• Knowledge on integration of applications such as Splunk, SOAR tool, and cyber security tools.
• Manage SSL certificates
• Manage LDAP, SAML, two-factor authentication
• Maintain the ciphers and protocols used in the application
• Configuring syslog, audit log and sending logs to Splunk
• Good understanding of network concepts, routing, switching, firewall, and proxy.
• Good to have experience in Bash and Python scripting.
• Knowledge in AWS Cloud is an advantage.
• Having Cyber Security knowledge is an advantage.

Experience

• Must have 8+ years of experience in managing Linux and Windows servers and applications on server class platform
• Experience deploying, and sustaining IBM Resilient appliance and application
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Shift B: 1:30pm to 10:00pm
