Understands the business objectives of the program and assumes personal accountability for success of the program against those objectives . Work closely with business, sales members to understand asks/pain points and workout mitigation plan . Plan, drive, track asks to closure and communicate clear status proactively. . Manage sales processes and workflows. Identify areas of improvement and implement continuous improvements activities . Manage and report status, progress, risks, metrics, dependencies of projects/programs on regular basis . Build a positive, collaborative working environment with all Stakeholders to deliver Programs effectively . Where necessary, act as a facilitator to resolve conflicts in accordance with policy and protocols . Multi-task and collaborate with other departments like legal, marketing , product, engineering etc. to ensure sales receives needed support . Qualifications . MBA degree in business, project management, or a related field . Industry experience in Business operations/ Account Management/ Sales or Sales operations domain . Total of 10 to 12 years of experience with atleast 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Experience with Power BI, Jira, Confluence, project management software is a plus .
