As an Associate Principal - Game Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of powerful casino games, leading projects from inception to flawless execution. What You'll DoDrive the vision of the game from inception to final deliverable, ensuring a flawless execution. Collaborate with Games Mathematicians and Prototypers to define, maintain, and document game design requirements. Brief game requirements to artists, animators, audio specialists, and developers, and work with them throughout the development phase, including daily stand-ups. Monitor project advancement, collaborate with project managers, mathematicians, and essential partners to guarantee the initial vision is completed within budget and timelines. Conduct product testing and review, identifying core user experience issues, and prioritizing feedback. Maintain open and continual communication with your manager and team regarding workload and projects. Analyze competitors' and in-house products to stay ahead of industry trends. Monitor trends in social and real casino industries, as well as other media. Undertake any reasonable task requested by your senior manager. Participate in after-business-hours calls as per business needs.

What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in art (or in any subject area) with demonstrated ability in Art/Tech Art Field with some project management experience proven experience in the slot gaming industry Ability to collaborate in a global, diverse, and face-paced environment, across multiple time zones and build consensus and drive results Excellent attention to detail Strong Communicator, Collaborative, highly organized, Curios, Respectful, Flexible and Player focused Embraces "Being Bold" - not afraid to propose new ideas, embrace new challenges, suggest changes, etc. Task-focused and adaptable Prepared to switch focus whilst handling multiple projects in an organized way, as well as on an ad hoc basis Able to work as part of a team and under own initiative Passion for gambling and its surrounding theories and models, especially slots
