This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Principal. The Vice Principal will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all educational programs and activities. Responsibilities include overseeing disciplinary environment should be maintained in school ensuring student academic performance and managing school operations. The Vice Principal will also be involved in fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, collaborating with parents and the community, and supporting the Principal in administrative duties. This role is based in Varanasi.
Qualifications
Preference should be given to person belongs to army school background or worked with Army School
A master's degree in education or a related field, a valid teaching certificate or administrative credential, and several years of teaching experience.
Minimum 3 Years of experience as associate/vice principal/Warden
Strong leadership, organization, and management skills
Experience in curriculum development and implementation
Proven ability to supervise and evaluate staff
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain discipline and manage school operations
Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment
Experience in collaborating with parents and the community
Master's degree in Education or related field
Previous experience in an administrative or leadership role in a school setting
