Associate - PPC

to join our dynamic marketing team and contribute to driving growth through strategic paid media initiatives.

Role Overview



The Associate - PPC will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, creativity, and technical expertise to deliver measurable ROI and ensure campaigns are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, execute, and optimize innovative digital campaigns from conception to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations on campaign performance to stakeholders. Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs for effective tracking and reporting. Build, manage, and optimize media buys across platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, App Marketing, etc.). Oversee daily execution and optimization of multiple PPC campaigns. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, ad grouping, and audience targeting. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging paid marketing technologies. Manage keyword selection, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and recommend improvements for efficiency. Prepare accurate, data-driven campaign performance reports for management. Maintain and grow partnerships with PPC platforms, vendors, and digital partners. Continuously innovate and adapt to evolving paid marketing trends in alignment with Xylem's digital approach.

Candidate Profile



Proven experience as a PPC Manager, Paid Marketing Specialist, or similar role. Strong data analysis and reporting expertise. Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts. Hands-on experience with multiple ad platforms (Google Ads, App Marketing, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends, etc.). Strong technical knowledge of HTML and XML. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.

Academic Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field (BSc/BA, BBA, Master's preferred). Google AdWords certification and other relevant digital marketing certifications
