Portfolio Development team develops assessment products enable the talent assessments across organizations through subject matter expertise across domain (IT & Core Engineering), cognitive, coding, and vocational assessments.

Role Summary
Associate in Portfolio Development team plays a crucial role in delivering high quality Cognitive (Quantitative Ability, Analytical Reasoning, English Usage) and Manufacturing related field assessment content to clients for their pre-hiring requirements. This role requires continuous pursuit of improving & applying subject matter expertise. Creating and Quality Check of the question items and coordinating with the vendors for outsourced content.
Role Responsibilities

• Understanding assessment content requirement shared by clients.
• Preparation of Cognitive and Manufacturing related fields assessment instruments as per the requirement
• Constant improvement & application of subject matter expertise
• Coordinating with vendors/contractors for developing assessments
