The company is now a part of Internet Brands, a KKR portfolio company and owner of WebMD Health Corp.Associate, Deal Support (PMP/PG)You will assist in troubleshooting PMPs to help with the workload on the Deal Management team, work on PMP troubleshooting projects, and continuously improve and deliver exception experience for our clients.You will get to join an exciting growing company on the tech side of advertising in pharma where you\'ll be part of a great team, hone and learn new skills in troubleshooting PMPs, and further elevate your career in adtech and pharma advertising.What you\'ll work on:Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve PMP troubleshooting issues through tickets, improving pacing for PMPsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Platform Solutions team) as needed to aide in troubleshootingResolve tickets after PMP troubleshooting issues are resolved.Required Qualifications:1-4 years of programmatic trading experience hands-on-keyboard in DSPs at an ad agency or adtech companyMinimum 1 year of experience running and troubleshooting PMP deals in DSPsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Willing and able to work 4pm-1am IST, you can work remotelyPreferred Qualifications:Client-facing experienceSQL experiencePharma experienceWatch this video to learn more about our culture and get a sense of what it\'s like to work at PulsePoint!
