Role Summary:

Responsible for preparing accurate and timely reports, maintaining dashboards, ensuring process compliance, and supporting data-driven business reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports ensuring accuracy and timelines Manage and validate data sources and maintain dashboards (Power BI preferred) Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making Ensure adherence to reporting standards, SLAs, and process compliance Coordinate with internal stakeholders for inputs and follow-ups

Required Skills:

Strong

MS Excel

(Pivot, Lookups, Data Cleaning) Experience building or maintaining dashboards (

Power BI

preferred) Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and coordination ability Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset

Good to Have:
