Role: Associate - Planning
Location: New Delhi, India
What You\'ll Do?
Primarily focussed on key planning initiatives and support advanced- and complex-level transactional ops processes for special or non- typical assignments independently
Profile Requirements/Qualifications:

• Good Project Management skills. Able to scope, execute and end-to-end cross-functional initiatives within scope, time, and budget
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends & patterns in datasets and interpret, synthesize, and communicate insights. Knowledge of BI, Visualization tools is helpful.
• Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written). Able to communicate highly complex ideas clearly and succinctly, anticipate objectives
• Highly organized and a self-starter. Eager to learn and dig in to help wherever you can.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Capable of structuring work and delivering to tight timelines
• Excellent understanding of demand and supply planning processes
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• 3+ years of experience in Operations/Consulting/Analytics or Strategy and planning domain would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a process expert within the supply chain; capable of pulling the data, identifying trends, and communicating the meaning behind the data, typically in a consultative manner.
• The Planning Associate is pivotal in coordinating efforts between SME Ops and Data Science, ensuring alignment and synergy in our operational initiatives. By working closely with teams, the associate ensures that all project aspects are integrated and aligned with our ops strategy.
• Provides troubleshooting and problem-solving support to complex business problems.
• Leads and coordinates daily work activities; performance monitoring across programs and manages timelines.
• Help support process improvement and automation programs. Drive improvements by proposing innovative solutions gathered from stakeholder feedback.
