Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Operations
? Ensure job postings for open positions and new requisitions.
? Screen resumes and shortlist candidates within defined timelines.
? Coordinate interview scheduling with high accuracy and timeliness.
2. Employee Onboarding & Exit
? Ensure timely completion of new hire documentation.
? Coordinate smooth onboarding and orientation sessions.
? Monitor and ensure new hire onboarding satisfaction.
? Support exit formalities and ensure timely completion of documentation and clearance.
3. Employee Records & Documentation
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
? Generate and issue offer letters and contracts.
? Ensure consistency and compliance in HR documentation.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication
? Assist in organizing engagement activities as per calendar.
? Ensure timely communication and updates to employees.
5. Training & Development Support
? Coordinate training sessions with internal and external facilitators.
? Track attendance, feedback, and satisfaction scores.
6. Payroll & Compliance Support
? Ensure training logistics and communication are handled smoothly.
? Support timely and error-free payroll processing.
? Coordinate with Finance and vendors for inputs and reconciliations.
? Monitor for discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
? Maintain HR dashboards and generate periodic reports.
? Assist in analyzing data to support people-related decisions.
? Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR reports.
8. Employee Support & Grievance Handling
? Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries.
? Ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues, minimizing escalations.
? Maintain logs of queries and track resolution timelines.
9. Vendor Coordination
? Liaise with external vendors (e.g., background checks, training providers).
? Monitor SLA adherence and support issue resolution within defined timelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
? 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Comfortable working with HRMS, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.
? Empathetic and proactive in addressing employee concerns
