l Managing calls and customer queries.
l Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve 10/10 satisfaction rate.
l Error free billing (OP & IP) to be maintained.
l Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer
l Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
l Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions.
l Follow communication procedures, SOP*s guidelines and policies.
l Take the extra mile to engage customers.
l Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
l To carry out any other task assigned by higher authority.
l Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports as specified by department head.
