- Monitor and analyze patient satisfaction metrics and feedback.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve the patient experience.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to promote a patient-centered culture.
- Conduct training and workshops for staff on best practices in patient interactions.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Engage with patients and families to understand their needs and expectations.
- Promote and leverage technology to enhance patient interaction and feedback collection.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership regarding patient experience trends and outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
