Key Responsibilities:1. Mise en Place & Production Support
Assist in daily mise en place for all pastry items including doughs, batters, creams, and garnishes.
Maintain quality and consistency across all preparations.
Follow recipes and plating standards under guidance of senior chefs.
2. Inventory & Stock Management
Track daily ingredient usage and report low-stock items.
Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing of pastry ingredients.
Ensure proper FIFO rotation and minimal wastage.
3. Display & Counter Management
Support setup and maintenance of pastry displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness.
Refill and reorganize counters during service to maintain presentation standards.
4.o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
Follow all FSSAl hygiene and safety protocols.
Assist in daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
