Client acquisition Monitor and manage the Litigation team B usiness development and revenue generation Provide advisory services negotiate settlements Determining, reviewing, and finalizing strategies for dispute resolution Appearing in High courts and trial courts for Corporate Commercial and Civil Litigation matters Client counseling & Legal research Requirements Candidates having 10+ years of relevant experience as mentioned above. Candidate located in ChennaiMumbai Languages English, TamilMarathi. (Speaking and Reading in TamilMarathi is mandatory) Candidate must have cleared the AIBE(All India Bar Examination), BCI (Bar Council of India).
