An Associate Partner - Loan for Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) in Delhi is responsible for sourcing and managing loan business through various channels, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales growth within their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Source new loan customers in PL, BL, HL, LAP segments through direct field sales, DSAs, and other channels.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and referral partners to generate consistent business leads.
Guide and assist customers through loan application, approval, and disbursement processes.
Collaborate with internal teams like credit, operations, and compliance for smooth loan processing.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Prepare reports on loan sales, client feedback, and market trends for management.
Support training and development initiatives within the sales team to improve effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Graduate or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience in loan sales or related financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
Good understanding of loan products documentation and regulatory compliance.
Local market knowledge and network in Delhi region preferred.
