Job Description

The role holder is responsible for ensuring the OtC Cash Application process. S/he will manage the assigned customers/stakeholders and implement effective processes and controls. Responsibilities include continuously monitoring accounts receivables aging S/he will also develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to eliminate and understand reasons for non-payment. Receiving and processing customer payments, including checks, wire transfers, and credit card payments Accurately posting payments to customer accounts, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies, such as overpayments or underpayments Communicating with collections/business to resolve payment issues and answer questions related to payment application Maintaining accurate records of all cash transactions and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Collaborating with other departments, such as Collections, FMR and Logistics, to ensure timely and accurate payment processing Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Olam is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
