Job Summary

The role holder is responsible for ensuring the OtC Cash Application process. S/he will manage the assigned customers/stakeholders and implement effective processes and controls. Responsibilities include continuously monitoring accounts receivables aging S/he will also develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to eliminate and understand reasons for non-payment.

• Receiving and processing customer payments, including checks, wire transfers, and credit card payments
• Accurately posting payments to customer accounts, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded
• Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies, such as overpayments or underpayments
• Communicating with collections/business to resolve payment issues and answer questions related to payment application
• Maintaining accurate records of all cash transactions and ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Collaborating with other departments, such as Collections, FMR and Logistics, to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
