Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Reviewing all documentation submitted by the borrower, including income statements, asset statements, tax returns, and identification documents
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of each document according to lending guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Following up with the borrower or relevant third parties to obtain any missing or additional documentation necessary to complete the loan file
Communicating with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to address questions, discrepancies, or issues related to documentation.
Answering or making calls to borrowers & employers
Responding efficiently and accurately to employers and client
Obtain the information and document it in a client system.
Meet TAT and Quality matrix
Handle escalations, investigate and eliminate root causes and handle reporting requests to support decision making.
Support Managers in critical decisions making in the process which can be valuable in improving efficiency or quality.
Lead by Example. Ensure working environment is stable and people feel motivated to participate and involved.
Qualification & Experience:
Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:
Basic Degree completion (15 years of education).
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Completed minimum of 6 Months in US Mortgage Voice Process
Good exposure to MS office Excel
Not on performance improvement plan / Counselling in last 6 months
* Should be willing to work in nightshift
