The Associate - Order Center will support production planning, material planning, purchase order activities, documentation, shipment tracking, and coordination with suppliers, logistics, and the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Support production and material planning
Manage and follow up on Purchase Orders
Handle import and local documentation
Track shipments and update status
Assist with inventory monitoring
Coordinate with logistics for deliveries
Communicate with suppliers
Maintain required reports and documentation
Follow safety guidelines.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Fluency in English
Strong MS Excel skills
Basic knowledge of SAP or any ERP (preferred)
Good coordination and follow-up ability
