Relocation Authorized:None Telework Type: Part-Time Telework Work Location:New Delhi Job Title: Associate Developer Bechtel is currently seeking an Associate Developer to join the DSC Development team at our office in Gurugram. Associate Developer will work with IT Leads, Business users and other IT team members tounderstandand evaluate functional requirements and develop technical solutions by way of coding, testing andsupporteBusiness implementation/upgrades. As a par to of the job responsibilities, it is expected that the selected candidate willdesign, execute andsupportsoftware application designs throughout project life cycles within the IT architecture Technical Skills (Hands On) Strong JavaScript, React, Node.js, express.js, TypeScript Demonstrated mastery of HTML, CSS & JavaScript (ES6+) Strong OO design and programming skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Familiarity with code versioning tools Experience 1 to 3 years of experience as a full stack developer using Java Script (JS), React JS, Node JS, MySQL. Client-side development using TypeScript Hands on experience using React Hooks Good knowledge in SQL/PL/SQL Proven Node.js development experience creating RESTful APIs that can deliver JSON or XML content. Expertise in building, testing, and consuming REST APIs GraphQL experience a plus. Experience working with databases MySQL databases a plus. Proven development experience using a modern front-end framework such as: React.js, Angular. Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds. Good understanding of server-side templating languages. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Collaborate with cross-functional teams tounderstandbusiness requirements Providessupportin configuration, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Great understanding of Web technologies like JSON, Client-side scripting languages such as JavaScript, and development using RESTful implementations. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-inspired delivery methodology. Ability to work in shifts Ability to work in offshore and onsite model and Performs other duties as assigned Stronganalyticaland problem-solvingskillswith excellent verbal and written communication are mandatory PreferredSkills/Qualifications Experience in the following areas would be a plus: Experience in Angular JS as Technical/Developer Experience in Oracle Applications as Technical Experience in Oracle Apex Knowledge of building micro-services and containerization is a plus
