Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely
pickup and delivery of courier parcels
from the office to client locations or service points
Accompany managers on
client visits and field meetings
as a support resource
Handle
cash deposits at the bank
and maintain proper documentation of transactions
Assist in
day-to-day office operations
, including basic administrative support
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and logistics partners as needed
Maintain records of dispatched materials, bank deposits, and travel logs
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the office environment
Provide ad hoc support to HR, Admin, and Management as required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Honest, punctual, and dependable
Familiarity with local routes and basic logistics handling is a plus
