Daily morning standing meeting.
- Daily morning packing plan as per customer requirement.
- Daily half an hour preparation for pending work.
- As per customer requirement material packing for non-plan activities.
- Manpower handling & housekeeping.
- Packing material shift to Dispatch area.
- Material check as per customer requirement.
- Tacking material serial, no for test certificate for customer inspection.
- Packing slip making and offer to PDI (pre-dispatch inspection).
- Export packing & material shift to dispatch area.
- Export packing slip making as per customer requirement & customer packing Slip format.
- Download Loading report from Oracle system and maintain loading report record.
- As per loading report physical material pick from store.
- As per export check list wooden boxes marking to be check (Case No, SO No, Glass items, Packing slip, shipping mark etc.)
- Prepare packing slip in Oracle system and offer to QA approval.
- As per require wooden box and wooden cover bags purchase.
- In-house third-party inspection arrangement of material in shop floor.
- Daily packing slip handing over to dispatch department with hard copy & register entry.
- Packing material before after photos stored OC wise.
- Arrange vendor person for lashing and selling of export package.
