Support daily online operations, including order processing, inventory updates, and customer service tasks.
Assist with maintaining and updating content across websites and e-commerce platforms.
Monitor website performance and flag issues related to downtime, broken links, or visibility.
Help analyze user data, website traffic, and customer feedback for operational improvements
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to coordinate promotions, product launches, or online campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Workspace tools; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
Provide administrative support for digital projects and initiatives.
