Role Overview:

As a Network Rapid Response Engineer within the Technology Operations Center, you will be supporting L1 operations of the Maersk estate running 24/7/365 and providing visibility of what's happening to keep services running and addressing any issues that arise. Perform installation, monitoring, testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of integrated technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for both proactive and reactive monitoring of alerts such as Routers, Network switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, LoadBalancers & Proxies. Analyze alerts and take appropriate actions such as troubleshooting, escalation, or remediation. Monitor the performance and health of our Maersk network estate. Work with the engineering team to ensure optimal application performance and user experience.
