Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential Non-profit partners and manage the end to end onboarding process.

Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the sector to identify new partnership opportunities.

Collaborate with Non-profit partners to create engaging volunteer opportunities that drive employee participation and community impact.

Stay informed about trends in corporate social responsibility and volunteerism.

Work with the content team to create engaging content for outreach materials, including newsletters, social media posts etc.

Coordinate communication efforts to promote partnerships and growth initiatives.

Help track and evaluate partnership outcomes and growth metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
