What you will do:
o Basic understanding of marketing/sales related event coordination

o Support the coordination of Medical Education courses and programs
o Basic understanding of how we deliver training
o Gather data and information from Medical Education programs

o Understand our budgeting process
o Understand customer profiles including why we engage KOL
o Understand training and Medical Education workstreams
o Understand why and how we listen to our customers
o Awareness of internal branding guidelines
o Aware of commonly used internal communication tools
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
o Bachelor's degree required
o 0+ years of work experience required
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
o MBA preferred
o Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
o Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
o Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
o Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
