Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including NDAs, MOUs, SLAs, service, vendor, agency, and licensing agreements
Handling banking & finance documentation such as loan agreements, security documents, guarantees, and restructuring-related paperwork
Conducting title searches and preparing Title Search Reports (TSR) and legal due diligence reports for banks and financial institutions
Performing banking legal audits, including vetting of loan and security documents and preparing audit observations
Assisting in IPR matters, including drafting trademark licensing/assignment agreements.
What We're Looking For
LL.B. from a recognized university and enrolled with a State Bar Council
2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal team
Strong contract drafting and vetting skills
Working knowledge of banking laws, commercial laws, and property laws
Ability to handle assignments independently and meet deadlines
