The bank is planning to undertake a pilot project ( Duration -min 6m upto 1yr) to evaluate whether the Trade Finance unit can build and enhance key Finastra systems internally--including FBTI & FBCC To support this pilot, IDFC has requested subject matter expertise from QK to help them evaluate the current processes, redesign workflows, and provide domain-driven guidance. In their request they have specifically asked whether senior SMEs like , Ms. Sonali Ramasundar and Mr. Sundara Dandapani, can be deployed for this engagement.
