JOB DESCRIPTION


Assist in the back-end analysis, client related and field activities

Major Responsibilities:

Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development Execution skills- Report writing - Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling, making presentations. Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc, Site inspections Presentation and documentation work

Competencies Required

Financial Modelling Analytical Skills Report writing.

Qualification

Graduation in Commerce, Finance or Statistical Background

Work Experience

Minimum Experience -1-3 Years

Compensation :

Commensurate with market
