Role Overview:

We are inviting applications from motivated and career-oriented

BCom graduates for

opportunities at Socradamus Capital Private Limited. The role offers a well-rounded exposure across Finance, Accounts and Valuations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts:

Record all day-to-day financial transactions in Tally. Set up of new entity (Foundation) Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations. Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Valuation:

Provide valuation support for all projects from concept to commissioning stage. Provide support in preparing documents including teasers, Portfolio Valuation reports, etc. Provide support in preparing cash flow analysis and financial modelling. Work on investor pitch deck, market valuation, market analysis, Design, improve, and implement valuation models, incorporating industry changes.

Due Diligence and Research:

Conduct in-depth due diligence and operational aspects. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and key recommendations for internal and client review.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce

Experience:

Freshers Only Pursuing BCom Prior experience of 1 year in accounting is preferably

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using Tally Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Timings:

Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM, Work from Office Only

Saturday: Flexibility to Work from Home in case of work, reporting to Office only in case required
