Own
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition onto our platform.
Educate and guide merchants on best practices for product usage, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded merchants, product demonstrations, addressing queries, concerns, and challenges proactively.
Collaborate with sales, product, partners and technical teams to resolve onboarding issues and improve merchant experience.
Develop and refine onboarding materials, training resources, and product documentation to enhance the onboarding journey.
Continuously analyze merchant onboarding trends and suggest process improvements to drive retention and satisfaction.
Maintain a strong feedback loop between merchants and internal teams to enhance product usability and merchant experience.
Who you are
2-4 years of experience in a merchant-facing role within a SaaS company, preferably in handling brands in D2C e-commerce or similar.
Strong understanding of SaaS product onboarding processes and merchant journey optimization.
Proven ability to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while ensuring a high level of merchant satisfaction.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, go-getter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a merchant-first mindset.
Experience working with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
